Product Description
Fine powder dust-free vacuum feeding feeder machine
Bag dump stations (also known as manual dumping stations) collect dust generated when dumping powder and bulk solids from bags, boxes, drums, and other containers, and return the material to the hopper.
The HBWT dust-free feeding station uses negative pressure dust collection to solve the problem of dust during material transportation.
A filter device is installed inside the device to filter out the dust generated during the feeding process and turn it into clean tail gas to be discharged into the atmosphere.
1. (CIP is not recommended, generally clean with a water gun).
2. Grating type: mesh shape (when the optional function is added, the size of the grid hole needs to be adjusted to 10 × 10mm to protect the downstream equipment)
3. Filter element: three 316L metal sintered mesh elements are assembled
4. Fan power: 2.2Kw
5. Negative pressure difference: -2000pa-0pa
6. Wind speed: 0.25-0.35m / s
7. Negative pressure wind speed flow: 300-600m³ / hour
8. Optional: iron removal, screening, crushing and other functions (iron remover, crusher are Huabo's homemade products)
9. The room using dust-free feeding station needs to be supplemented with fresh air. The equipment exhaust pipe is connected to the mezzanine for centralized exhaust.
Application
Ideally suited for fine powders, granular or pelletized materials,eliminating dust polllution when dumping powder,pellets,particles,flakes,fiber,or bulk solids from boxes,drums,bags,and other containers.
