Working Principle:
The closed conveying and packaging system includes the transfer of aluminum drums / soft bags, buffering, aseptic bulk drug packaging, weighing, sampling, sealing, capping, bagging, bag sealing and transfer, all operations are completely performed by isolation gloves .
Achieve the safe exchange of air through the fan filter unit (high efficiency filter); maintain a sterile or clean environment during the production process and protect product safety.
The sub-packing position is a closed or semi-closed structure. The bottom of this position is equipped with an exhaust dust collector, which effectively prevents the spreading of the sub-packing dust. There is a device for collecting aluminum debris at the gland position.
The entire sub-packaging system reduces human intervention as much as possible, realizes automated production, completely realizes the complete isolation of people and equipment, and ensures the productivity while reducing the labor intensity of workers.
